How it is made
Four steps, none skipped.

Sourcing
We compare weight, weave and colour across bolts, and keep only what feels right.
02
Cutting
Patterns are traced and cut piece by piece, edges overlocked straight away.
03
Sewing
Body and base are stitched at a fixed pitch, corners pressed and re-pressed.
04
Finishing
Zip set, lining bagged out, turned and shaped, then checked one last time.
Our story
A quiet studio, one table, two hands.
YIRANXIN began at an old wooden desk, making pouches for friends. It is still small on purpose: every piece passes through the same pair of hands, from the first cut to the last press.
