Three materials, three ways to keep them.
Every pouch ships with a fabric note. These are the short versions.
Linen & cotton
Wash cold, dry flat.
Hand wash in cold water, do not wring hard, and dry flat away from direct sun. Slight creasing is part of the fibre — a low steam press is enough.
Silk jacquard
Spot clean, store flat.
No machine wash, no alkaline detergent. Dab stains with a damp cloth, dry in the shade, and store away from heavy folds.
Leather
Keep it dry, feed it yearly.
Wipe with a dry soft cloth. Avoid water and heat. A little leather balm once a year keeps it supple; the colour will deepen where you hold it.
